In site assessment we work with landowners—whether they are single-family homeowners or developers—to determine the status of wetlands that may be present. If wetlands are present we usually perform a wetland delineation and provide this information to you and your surveyor of choice.
It is no longer legal to fill wetlands without permits. Many folks who have held onto property for years are unaware of this, and it is important for them to have their property evaluated so they don’t run into regulatory problems when building or prepping the land for sale.
